Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Organization Change Leader to guide large-scale transformations in AI-enabled, data-driven environments. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, partner with clients on GenAI adoption, and drive change in human + digital teams while ensuring governance and accountability.

Applicants should bring 8+ years in change management, 4+ years consulting, and 2+ years in software/high-tech contexts. Willingness to travel is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organization Change Management experience
• 4+ years as a consulting practitioner
• 3+ years on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• 2+ years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience
• Experience using GenAI to deliver organizational change work
• Experience leading human + digital teams with clear human ownership

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data-driven environments
• Lead and design enterprise change programs across evolving roles, skills and processes
• Partner with clients to define GenAI use while ensuring governance and accountability
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working
• Develop and tailor engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement with GenAI
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities for evolving tech landscapes
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships
• Be willing to travel to support client work
