The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. Reporting to Head of Organisational Development, the Senior Organisational Development Advisor is a valued and integral part of the People Culture and Safety Department who will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing key organisational development initiatives across the organisation to support the achievement of our organisational goals and delivery of the City of Port Phillip Council Plan.
