Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in OD/Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Experience delivering learning and organisational development solutions across multiple business areas.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key OD initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion and Gender Equality Action Plan.
• Develop, implement and evaluate OD initiatives in line with strategy and policy.
• Provide expert learning and OD advice, coaching to leaders and stakeholders.
• Update policies and resource materials to align with OD objectives.
• Collaborate across People Culture and Safety and the broader organisation.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment to objectives and timelines.
