Job summary

Helping Hand is seeking an Organisation Development Partner to strengthen culture, DEI, change and organisational design across our SA teams. Based in Hindmarsh, you will translate insights into practical actions that improve employee experience and workforce health.

You’ll lead OD initiatives, co-design solutions, develop governance and reporting, and partner with leaders to create lasting change that benefits clients, staff and communities.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organisational levels and bring people along the change journey.
• Evidence-based and analytical capability, including using workforce and organisational insights to diagnose issues and measure impact.
• Demonstrated experience leading organisational development, effectiveness, workforce transformation or change initiatives in a large, complex environment.
• A current South Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to obtain and maintain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Shaping our employee experience by turning feedback, engagement data and workforce insights into meaningful improvements.
• Driving action plans, governance and reporting for DEI commitments, including the Workplace Gender Equality Agency cycle.
• Leading organisational development, organisation design and workforce change initiatives from concept through to implementation and evaluation.
• Bringing people together to co-design solutions and create engagement needed to turn ideas into lasting impact.
• Developing practical frameworks, policies and executive recommendations that strengthen culture and effectiveness.
• Using facilitation, influence and strong relationships to help people navigate sustainable ways of working.
• Shaping strategic engagement initiatives and events through governance and delivery.
