Job summary

Helping Hand is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to partner with leaders across Hindmarsh and beyond. You will drive culture, DEI, change, and organisation design by turning insights into practical action that improves the employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Based at Hindmarsh, you’ll oversee OD initiatives from concept to implementation and evaluation, leveraging strong stakeholder relationships and analytical insight to shape sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR/OD or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading organisational development, effectiveness, or workforce change in a large, complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to gain buy‑in across levels.
• Evidence-based and analytical capability using workforce insights to diagnose issues and measure impact.
• Current SA driver’s licence and willingness to obtain/maintain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Shape culture, DEI, change and organisational design by turning insight into practical action.
• Lead organisational development, organisation design and workforce change initiatives from concept through evaluation.
• Co-design solutions with stakeholders and create engagement to turn ideas into lasting action.
• Develop practical frameworks, policies and executive recommendations to strengthen culture and effectiveness.
• Use facilitation and relationships to help people navigate and embed sustainable ways of working.
