Job summary

Reliable Plumbing Services – Notting Hill VIC is seeking a Service Coordinator (Senior) to drive planning, reporting, and supervision of field operations. You will coordinate site-based trades, ensure timely, accurate reporting, and maintain asset data integrity.

The role focuses on structured, proactive planning across reactive, scheduled, and preventative maintenance, with close collaboration to deliver exceptional service to major campuses across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technicians in scheduled or preventative maintenance environments.
• Invoicing, job costing, raising purchase orders, client and contractor liaison.
• Strong systems capability (Aroflo or similar) in Apple-based environments; AI exposure helps.
• Proven ability to interrogate data, produce client monthly reporting, and meet compliance.
• Experience in high-accuracy, accountable work settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate reactive, scheduled, and preventative maintenance across multiple sites.
• Maintain control over technician service reporting, ensuring work is completed and closed out.
• Monitor and manage asset data integrity, resolving inconsistencies.
• Use Aroflo to run reports, interrogate data, and identify gaps for improvement.
• Provide clear visibility across performance, backlog, and compliance.
• Hold technicians accountable for timely, accurate reports and data updates.
• Proactively identify issues and implement structured solutions.
