Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of construction projects in Adelaide. You will drive continual improvement, supervise senior project leaders, and ensure alignment with safety, quality and program requirements.

The role requires a strong track record in managing diverse projects, building licences, and leadership of project teams, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget. A values-driven, people-first culture supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required for the role.
• Licence to practice in the relevant state is mandatory.
• Extensive construction leadership experience across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, consistency and training in delivery of all construction projects in Adelaide.
• Directly lead and supervise Construction Managers, Project Directors & Project Managers.
• Offer technical guidance and support addressing financial, safety, quality, program, procurement, and client relations.
• Ensure compliance with Hindmarsh SQE systems and processes.
• Drive delivery to target dates across projects under management.
