Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced MS Operations Manager to drive operational excellence within our Cloud Infrastructure Services business. You will oversee processes, optimize resources, and align operations with strategic goals.

The role requires 5-10+ years in operations management, strong financial and contract management, stakeholder leadership and ITIL v4 certification. A hybrid working model and extensive learning opportunities support your career growth.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience within operations management with a proven track record in cost performance, delivery, and client management.
• Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer driven environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of financial and contract management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution.
