Qualifications

• Experience delivering business and technology solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading projects and coordinating teams in a client-facing environment.
• Experience in solution design, business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of application development, integrations, automation technologies, and modern cloud-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Experience working with and leveraging emerging technologies such Microsoft Copilot, and low-code development platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale business solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Define solution architectures, technical frameworks, data models, integration strategies, and development standards aligned to organisational objectives.
• Drive the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable applications, workflows, automations, and reusable solution components.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements, shape solution roadmaps, and translate business priorities into strategic technology outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Lead SharePoint modernisation and migration initiatives, establishing information architecture, governance frameworks, content strategies, and migration approaches.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements through the implementation of robust access controls and data management practices.
• Champion Microsoft Copilot and broader Microsoft 365 innovation initiatives, driving adoption, business value realisation, and modern workplace transformation.
• Optimise platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through continuous improvement and proactive solution enhancement.
• Mentor and support project teams, contribute to technical governance, and maintain high-quality documentation, standards, and best practices across delivery engagements.

Design, develop, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise digital workplace and cloud-based business solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your Profile

Experience and Qualifications:
