Job summary

SEEK Pass is a cross-functional scale-up within SEEK, based in Sydney, Australia. We lead the Operations function for a sub-domain with 2-5 squads focused on digitalised identity and trusted information, reporting to the Head of Operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to shape the roadmap, drive delivery, and scale operations while maintaining a culture of inclusion and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coaching others.
• Operationalising processes and scaling operations in a start-up environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional sub-domain leadership team to shape ambition, set direction and objectives for squads.
• Resolve escalations between teams and ensure effective ways of working are in place at all levels.
• Develop domain knowledge and use data-driven insights to influence prioritisation and product decisions.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in scoping, testing, launching, operationalising and scaling new features.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for the sub-domain and capacity plan resources across squads.
• Stay informed about applicable laws and standard operating procedures and ensure compliance.
