Job summary

SEEK is seeking a seasoned cyber security professional to join our Melbourne-based security team. You will lead threat intelligence and insider risk management, working in a multinational tech environment to tackle high-impact security challenges.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with incident response and security operations, and help advance SEEK’s proactive security posture across the organisation, including travel security and geopolitical risk considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber security or intelligence.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills across threat detection and intelligence.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK and TTPs.
• Incident response experience with methodical approach.
• Leadership and ability to mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat investigations and brief leadership on trends.
• Triage insider risk scenarios and report findings to executives.
• Collect and analyze threat intelligence from OSINT and industry groups.
• Maintain intelligence collection requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop CTI metrics and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor security peers and promote security culture.
