Job summary

The Cassidy Crew, a registered NDIS provider based in Warragul, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager. You will own the business operations arm and work as a peer with the Service Manager, with the Managing Director as escalation.

You will integrate finance, payroll, workforce admin, rostering, WHS and systems under clear delegations, ensuring decisions stay at the right level. You will lead onshore teams, oversee payroll and external support, and contribute to implementing the new structure

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and business ops in disability or community services.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award and payroll control.
• Experience managing multiple functions and performance processes.
• Understanding of WHS obligations in care settings.
• Familiarity with rostering and workforce systems (e.g., Brevity) and finance/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance: accounts payable/receivable, NDIA claims, reconciliations and monthly reporting.
• Approve pay runs and payroll under the SCHADS Award, including overtime and on-call.
• Own workforce administration and HR matters with external advisory support.
• Line manage Rostering Coordinator and endorse the master roster; oversee after-hours roster.
• Oversee work health and safety across sites and SIL houses, including psychosocial risk.
• Approve systems access and manage facilities, leases, insurances, vehicles and suppliers.
• Report monthly to the Managing Director on finance, payroll, workforce and compliance.
