Job summary

Civic Disability Services is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of NDIS accommodation and community services. Qualifications

• Contemporary people leader with a strong track record in leading complex service operations.
• Experience leading large, multi-site portfolios within disability or human services.
• Knowledge of the NDIS, safeguarding, quality standards and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth and sustainability of accommodation and community service portfolios.
• Translate organisational strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive service growth, new service implementation and business development opportunities.
• Lead workforce planning, capability development and performance management.
