Job summary

DSV Solutions seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist to lead continuous improvement across Contract Logistics. You will partner with Operations, Projects, IT and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver initiatives that improve productivity, service, quality and customer experience.

You will analyse performance, develop dashboards with Power BI and Excel, and coach teams in CI tools while promoting accountability and innovation across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience within logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and problem-solving workshops.
• Standardise best practices and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Turn challenges into opportunities and ideas into action.
• Partner with operational leaders to design and implement smarter ways of working.
• Support business transformation, automation, and new customer implementations.
• Lead process mapping and future-state design activities.
• Deliver sustainable improvements that create measurable business value.
• Analyse operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop meaningful reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Measure, track, and report on improvement project outcomes and benefits.
• Help leaders make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Lead change management activities that drive successful adoption.
• Coach and mentor teams on CI tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote a mindset of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
