Job summary

Goldstar Transport in Western Australia seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across transport and logistics operations. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will lead the CI roadmap, partner with leaders and frontline teams, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, efficiency and service delivery.

You will analyse processes and data, develop business cases, manage end-to-end projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience in transport, logistics, mining services, warehousing, FMCG or similar complex, safety-critical environments.
• Proven project management skills including business case development, cost-benefit analysis and change implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
• A tertiary qualification in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics, commerce, project management or a related discipline.
• A current unrestricted driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organisation's continuous improvement roadmap, aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, minimise waste and strengthen service delivery.
• Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from business case development and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Analyse business processes, operational data and performance trends to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with leaders and frontline teams to embed improved processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimisation and improved data quality.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and benefits, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Promote a strong safety, compliance and continuous improvement culture across the business.
