Job summary

Infosys Limited in Perth seeks a seasoned OpenText ECM expert to design, implement and optimize enterprise ECM solutions (Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Blazon/Brava) and SAP Data Archiving. The role requires 10+ years’ ECM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent client communication.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements and a tertiary IT degree is essential; OpenText ECM for SAP/SuccessFactors/Salesforce and DevOps exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing OpenText Extended ECM products and SAP Data Archiving.
• Proven experience across multiple project life cycle stages.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into ECM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure OpenText ECM components like Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services.
• Develop reports and widgets; provide APIs for front-end applications.
• Migrate large document sets from legacy systems to OpenText ECM.
• Ensure retention policies and records management are properly applied.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and reduce technical debt.
