Infosys Limited in Perth seeks a seasoned OpenText ECM expert to design, implement and optimize enterprise ECM solutions (Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Blazon/Brava) and SAP Data Archiving. The role requires 10+ years’ ECM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent client communication.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements and a tertiary IT degree is essential; OpenText ECM for SAP/SuccessFactors/Salesforce and DevOps exposure are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing OpenText Extended ECM products and SAP Data Archiving.
• Proven experience across multiple project life cycle stages.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into ECM solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years’ experience in designing, developing, implementing OpenText Extended ECM Products (Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Blazon, Brava) and SAP Data Archiving with proven experience in various project life cycle stages.
• Design and develop live reports, web reports for customizing the client requirements.
• Development of various widgets, Search API reports which was exposed as custom API for various leading front-end applications.
• Installation and configuration of Extended ECM components like Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, Brava.
• Worked as Technical Business Analyst for few migration projects in requirement gathering followed by development activities.
• Migration of large volumes of documents from legacy applications like Kondo Insoft, Lotus Notes etc. to OpenText ECM applications.
• Expertise in Search & Index Administration, Facets, Categories, Classification, RSI etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the retention policies are taken care of and well maintained for the application data by means of Records Management and Disposition functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fast learner and driven to action.
• Great Attention to detail.
• Good skills in personal work organization and time management.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving issues with minimal guidance.
• Ability to understand user needs and meet the needs through well designed programs.
• Experience in handling technical debt.
• Able to provide improvement suggestions related to processes and team performance.
