Qualifications

• Experience in open cut mining leadership and supervision.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor frontline leaders.
• Strong regulatory compliance and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining production teams to safely deliver continuous operations.
• Plan, monitor and control daily production to meet tonnage and cost targets.
• Provide visible safety leadership and zero-harm culture.
• Optimize fleet utilisation and productivity.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, CHPP and Technical Services to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Coach Supervisors and Leading Hands to build capability.
• Use data to identify improvements and manage production within budget.
