Glencore Bulga Open Cut in the NSW Hunter Valley near Singleton is seeking a Senior Mining Supervisor to lead a high performing team of supervisors and over 100 operators, guiding the mine plan with a strong focus on safety and environment.

The role emphasizes mentorship, development of supervisors, and coordination of complex mining activities to optimise production, while delivering technical guidance across challenging mining areas.

Qualifications

• NSW Open Cut Examiners Certificate of Competency & current practicing certificate.
• Extensive experience in open cut coal environment.
• Experience in complex mining situations such as steep dips and underground workings.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Ability to build and foster strong working relationships across all departments.
