Job summary

CBRE Office Leasing in Canberra is seeking a proactive professional to join our established team. You will liaise between landlords and tenants, conduct site inspections, and develop leasing strategies to source new listings through proactive outreach and industry events. You’ll build a strong client network and contribute to a growing pipeline.

The role suits someone passionate about real estate, organized, and delivery-focused, with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Track record in Commercial property—ideally Office Leasing.
Enthusiastic, committed and ambitious.
Organised, professional, detail and delivery focused.
A passion for Real Estate or desire to learn.
Team player who loves contributing.
Excellent communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

Liaison between landlords and tenants.
Conduct site inspections.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to source new listings by cold calling, mail-outs, and attendance at functions.
Form a valued part of our team where you’ll partner with clients and build your existing network.
