Job summary

Orbit Australia Consulting Services – Glenroy VIC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time role. You will assess motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional capacity, and develop evidence-based therapy plans for individuals across early childhood and disability support.

Qualifications

• Requires qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in early childhood or disability support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families and professionals.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master’s level)
• Current registration with AHPRA
• A minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience, preferably in early childhood or disability support
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and professionals
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive approach to team-based care
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior clinicians (desirable but not essential)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
