Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our paediatric caseloads. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply, with supportive mentoring and opportunities for leadership and supervision.

You will assess and treat children across life skills, social and sensory domains, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care within the NDIS framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in mentoring and supervising a team.
• Ability to work in a billable environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied paediatric caseload and provide life skills, social and sensory interventions.

  Essential Criteria:

  
  
  
  
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  
  
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
  
  
  • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
  
  
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
  
  
  • You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
  
  
  • You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.
  
  
  • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license.
  
  
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
