Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work across paediatric, adolescent and adult caseloads in a clinic setting. The role offers flexible hours (FT/PT) and a supportive, peer-driven environment focused on functional, evidence-based therapy.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, deliver targeted therapy, document progress, and liaise with care teams. NSW sponsorship optional; strong emphasis on professional development and client-centred goals.

Competenze

• Valid Australian working rights.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Proficient in complex assessment and report writing.
• Experience with the NDIS system is desirable.
• Working with children check and NDIS worker screening check required.
• Australian Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.

Mansioni

Job title: Clinic-Based Occupational Therapist - Paed/Adult/Mix Caseloads - Multiple Levels
Working Hours: Full Time / Part Time available
Salary: $75k – $115k FTE per annum + Super + PD + Bonus
Location: Melbourne Inner Suburb

Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is an allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. They provide a flexible and well supported work environment with a focus on peer-learning, functional therapy, evidence-based-practice and providing a functional and holistic approach to our clients.

Due to the exciting growth, they are looking for OTs to join the team. You would suit this role if you are looking for a position to work with paediatric clients or a combination of paediatric clients and teenagers, young adults and senior adult clients.

As an OT, you will be responsible for:

• Undertake assessments (at clinic, home, school or agreed location).
• Provide therapy (to improve gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation, self-care).
• Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and creating and reviewing goals based on the outcomes of assessment.
• Participating in care-team meetings for clients as and when required.

For Graduates:

• Weekly OT supervision
• 1-2 hours weekly peer support
• Fortnightly OT Team meeting
• $1000 annual Professional Development Allowance
• Full Time Allied Health Team leader available Mon-Fri to attend and provide additional support whenever required.
• Monthly one-on-one 30-minute meeting with Allied Health Team Leader
• Fortnightly one-on-one 20-minute meeting with Director
• Starting KPI is 20 billable invoices

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Australian working rights
• Current AHPRA registration
• Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing
• Experience working within the NDIS system, desired
• MUST have a working with children check and NDIS worker screening check
• Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and car owner.
