Job summary

Canterbury Hospital, part of Sydney Local Health District, seeks an Occupational Therapist Level 3 for permanent full-time duties (38 hours per week). The role focuses on senior clinical leadership, improving patient care delivery and supporting staff development.

Applicants should have an OT degree with current AHPRA registration and demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, strong communication, and NSW driving licence. NSW Health policies apply and vaccination evidence may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or post graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience at Level 2 or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• High level verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with adaptable communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership within Occupational Therapy services and optimise patient care delivery.
• Support mentoring and development of OT staff.
• Contribute to service provision and clinical governance within Canterbury Hospital OT.
