Canterbury Hospital, part of Sydney Local Health District, NSW Health, is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to provide senior clinical leadership and optimise patient and family-centred care. The role includes mentoring Level 1/2 staff and supervising students on clinical placements to uphold the award requirements.

Ideal candidates will hold a Social Work degree eligible for Australian Association of Social Workers membership, possess a current NSW driver’s licence, and demonstrate advanced

Formación

• Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
• Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in social work at Level 2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision and optimise patient/client care delivery.
• Mentor and develop staff including supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements.
