Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Penrith area team, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours. You will work with NDIS participants and their families, delivering person-centred therapy and program development.

You will supervise juniors, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service improvement while enjoying generous benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience including NDIS work.
• Experience supervising clinicians and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload with NDIS participants and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Lead projects to improve clinical practice or service delivery.

Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Penrith or surrounding areas area. Full time or part time roles available.

In this role you will:

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.
