Job summary

Ability Action Australia in Sydney's Leppington area is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This full‑time or part‑time role focuses on delivering person-centred OT for NDIS participants and their families, in a supportive, flexible environment.

You will supervise junior clinicians, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, participate in supervision and CPD, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.

Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist in Leppington or surrounding areas. Full time or part time roles available.
