Job summary

Ability Action Australia is hiring a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Penrith area team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible hours and a balance of home and clinic work.

You will manage complex caseloads with NDIS participants, supervise junior clinicians and collaborate with a multidisciplinary network, gaining career growth and strong support.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising clinicians and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of NDIS participants and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, coaching and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.

Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Penrith or surrounding areasarea. Full time or part time roles available.

In this role you will:

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

Qualifications

About you

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.
