Tasmania Government invites applications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Aged Care Reform to lead regulatory advisory work and support reform initiatives across the Tasmanian Health Service. The role focuses on policy development, stakeholder engagement, and promoting consistent standards of aged care across Tasmania, with a permanent full-time appointment commencing January 2027.

Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with NMB Australia registration; postgraduate qualification

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in health and aged care service regulation and reform is preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification in relevant field is desirable.
