Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure, engineering or nuclear projects.
• Experience within defence, nuclear or other highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, governance and reporting skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues and commercial considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Chartered status or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure, engineering or nuclear programmes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and safety specialists.
• Lead project planning, governance, reporting and performance management.
• Manage technical, commercial and delivery interfaces across programmes.
• Oversee the delivery of outputs in line with project requirements.
• Where required, manage nuclear safety case programmes.
• Support engagement with clients, regulators, contractors and supply chain.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Support procurement, contracting and delivery strategy development.
• Contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing.
