Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services seeks Senior Contact Centre Engineers with strong NICE CXone expertise to join a major migration program. You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, migrating from Webex to NICE CXone and working with Architects, PMO and support teams.

The role involves design, integration, testing, and deployment activities, with a focus on quality, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid working arrangement applies, with 12-month contracts offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on delivery experience in modern contact centre environments.
• Proven NICE CXone deployment, configuration and migration track record.
• Experience with legacy migrations; exposure to Webex CX Centre is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, configuration and migration to NICE CXone.
• Act as Technical Lead across deployment streams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, PMO and support teams.
• Develop test plans and validate migration results.
