Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Brisbane is hiring multiple Senior Contact Centre Engineers with strong NICE CXone expertise to join a major enterprise migration program. You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, work closely with Solution Architects, PMO, and vendors, and may act as Technical Lead across deployment streams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical delivery experience in modern contact centre environments.
• Proven experience configuring, deploying, and migrating contact centre solutions using the NICE CXone suite.
• Hands-on migration experience from legacy systems (Webex Contact Centre exposure beneficial).
• Solid track record in call flow design, web services and API development.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and documenting migration results.
• Deep understanding of contact centre operations, including WFM and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation activities to migrate contact centre operations from Webex to NICE CXone.
• Serve as Technical Lead when required, guiding junior engineers, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors.
• Gather business requirements, produce detailed technical documentation, and design end-to-end call flows.
• Develop and manage Web Services and API integrations; build, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales, Solution Architects, PMO Project Managers, and Support Teams to ensure seamless delivery.
