Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain voice, data and security services across our aged care and community networks. The role is based in Sydney with hybrid working options and requires delivering reliable network services for critical operations.

You will provide expert Level 3 support, develop documentation, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure performance, resilience and security across environments, including cloud networking and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise voice, security, and networking infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, WAN, cloud networking, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and optimise enterprise voice, data, and network security services across HammondCare environment.
Provide Level 3 technical support for telephony, networking, and security issues.
Develop and maintain network diagrams, standards, procedures and operational records.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and service providers for service delivery and billing management.
Lead and mentor network engineers and IT staff; support change and incident management processes.
