Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise voice and data services in a highly available environment. The role is based in St Leonards with hybrid working options.

You will provide Level 3 support for telephony, networking, and security, develop documentation, and lead network-related projects while ensuring service performance aligns with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience as Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise voice, security, networking infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SD-WAN, WAN, VoIP, and Azure networking.
• ITIL certification and IT security experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimise enterprise voice, data, and network security services across HammondCare environment.
• Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex telephony, networking, and security issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standards, procedures, reports.
