Qualifications

Bachelor-level IT qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (BGP, OSPF, QoS, WLAN).
Hands-on experience deploying Cisco network infrastructure (IOS, ISE, Catalyst).
Experience with data centre networks and structured cabling.
Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Shell).

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain and support Cisco network hardware and software across data centre and remote sites.
Manage network access controls and security configurations.
Monitor performance, availability and health of networks, and perform proactive issue resolution.
Deploy software updates, patches and vulnerability remediation.
Document configurations and operational procedures for the network.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver network infrastructure initiatives.
