Tecala Group in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a senior network professional to lead complex network solutions across WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and Zero-Trust within our managed services practice.

Reporting to the Head of Network & Comms Services, you’ll combine hands-on engineering, project delivery and presales, shaping Tecala’s network products while mentoring NOC staff.

This role offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements and the chance to influence a broad set of customers and technologies.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience delivering support and architecture services in a managed services or systems integrator environment.
• CCNP or JNCIE certification or equivalent.
• Certifications across Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Microsoft, Linux.
• Broad exposure to network technologies and standards with a track record of delivering technical projects.
• Strong security mindset and ITIL framework understanding.
• Presales or solution architect experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and delivering customer network solutions across WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and Zero-Trust.
• Owning uptime, security and risk management across the networks we manage and deploy.
• Reviewing network deliverables to ensure cost-effectiveness, repeatability and supportability.
• Supporting presales with solution design, customer consulting and scoping.
• Delivering network projects from design through to handover.
• Upskilling and mentoring NOC staff.
• Driving automation and process improvement across tools, hardware and software used by Managed Services and Cloud teams.
• Collaborating with Operations Centre to improve existing products and develop new network offerings.
