Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources is seeking a Network Engineer for a 12-month contract in Sydney, with hybrid working. You will join a major network transformation program to modernise infrastructure and security controls.

You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure and cyber security teams to design, implement, and uplift secure, resilient networks, including Zero Trust, NAC, and SD-WAN initiatives. The role offers exposure to modern networking technologies within a large enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience within complex enterprise network environments.
• Strong routing, switching, wireless, and network security expertise.
• Exposure to network transformation or security uplift programs.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions
• Deliver network upgrades, refreshes, and transformation initiatives
• Support network segmentation and Zero Trust programs
• Implement and support Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
• Contribute to secure access, SD-WAN, and hybrid connectivity initiatives
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams
• Improve network visibility, monitoring, and performance
