Capgemini Engineering seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement and manage IP networks for telecom environments in Australia. You will configure routers, switches and firewalls, enforce security policies, and drive reliable performance.

Collaborative role with strong emphasis on documentation, standards, and ongoing professional growth. Hybrid work arrangement and access to extensive training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, telecoms, or engineering.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications are highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of IP protocols (OSPF, BGP) and telecom IP-based architectures.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, and implement IP networks for telecom environments.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices.
• Enforce security policies and manage NAC/IDS deployments.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure high availability and performance.
• Document configurations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
