Rate Guidance

Azooa recommends a competitive range of $130–$160/hour including super.

Candidates at the lower end of this range may be more competitive; however we still encourage applications above this range where there is strong alignment in:

  • Security clearance
  • Overall fit for the opportunity

In some cases, experience and technical strength may outweigh rate considerations.

Why Join Azooa?
  • Work on exciting and meaningful Federal Government projects
  • Join a fast‑growing Australian digital innovator
  • Be part of opportunities tied to active RFQ responses
  • Partner with a team that values quality, responsiveness, and genuine capability
