Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation ANZ is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect to design large-scale Neo Cloud deployments leveraging NVIDIA DSX. You will partner with data-center providers, OEMs, and Neo Clouds to map workloads to scalable, robust architectures and drive strategic initiatives across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in roles spanning software/hardware engineering, partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management with hands-on design/deployment experience at data-center scale.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, incl. executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of enabling customer success.
• Deep experience with HPC and AI technologies (CPUs, GPUs, interconnects, storage) and supporting software stacks.
• Background in crafting scalable solutions and providing consultative support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor translating complex workloads into NVIDIA technology designs for scale-out deployments.
• Co-design scalable architectures with Partners, OEMs, and Neo Clouds with clear milestones and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA Services for deployment assistance and operational excellence adoption.
• Engage hands-on with design, validation, and support of solutions enabling customer and partner success.
• Identify gaps between customer needs and NVIDIA offerings and influence product priorities.
• Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for customer requirements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop and document standard methodologies and operational guidelines for internal and external use.
• Create high-quality runbooks, onboarding materials, and best-practice guides.
• Become the technical leader for assigned accounts, guiding NVIDIA DSX and platform architecture and informing long-term infrastructure decisions regionally and with HQ.
