Qualifications

• 5+ years managing scalable cloud environments and automation engineering.
• Experience with HPC/AI tech and GPU accelerators.
• Strong Kubernetes, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on with IaC, observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven customer-facing solution architecture and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize large-scale AI infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
• Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide customers.
• Develop standard methodologies and operational guidelines for teams.
• Collaborate with APAC HQ, product, and sales to plan solutions.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and self-service resource consumption.
• Create runbooks and best-practice documentation for customers and teams.
