Job summary

Brand Collective, a leading Australian apparel, footwear & sport group, seeks a Managing Director to steer strategic and commercial direction across licensed brand portfolios, including Reebok, Champion, Superdry and Canada Goose. You will lead a high-performing team, hold full P&L across Retail, Wholesale and Digital, and drive growth through strong brand partnerships and omnichannel execution.

• Extensive senior leadership experience in multi-brand retail, licensed brands, apparel, footwear or consumer businesses.
• Proven track record managing a sizeable commercial business with full P&L accountability across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and lead commercial performance for the portfolio, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
• Hold full P&L accountability across Retail, Wholesale and Digital, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Strengthen relationships with global licensors and major wholesale partners, negotiating licensing agreements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new licensing partnerships and market expansion.
