Job summary

Saul Recruitment in Melbourne is partnering with top Australian MSP/MSSP to recruit Level 2/3 engineers who want growth and exposure to Microsoft Cloud, Modern Workplace, infrastructure and security.

You'll provide Level 2/3 technical support across client environments, work on cloud migrations, security projects and collaborate with senior engineers, while benefiting from training incentives and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven MSP/MSSP experience supporting multiple customer environments.
• Solid Level 2/3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience across Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Exposure to cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with modern device management including Intune and Autopilot.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, or actively pursuing them.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple customers and requirements.
• Good documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2 and 3 technical support across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshooting more complex technical issues and identifying root causes.
• Supporting Microsoft Cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments.
• Assisting with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Getting involved in security-related projects and solutions.
• Participating in client discovery and potentially assisting with solution design.
• Visiting customer sites when required.
• Building trusted relationships and acting as a technical advisor to clients.
• Improving documentation, processes and internal systems.
• Working alongside senior engineers and learning from experienced technical specialists.
