Job summary

Bid and Borrow Finance in Sydney is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker with 3–4 years of industry knowledge and aspirations to become a Senior Broker. You will leverage our premium database and your own network to generate and convert high-quality mortgage leads across residential, commercial, and SMSF clients.

The role offers autonomy with flexible arrangements, end-to-end admin support, and an uncapped commission structure designed to maximise your earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven mortgage industry experience.
• Experience with Infynity platform (Finsure).
• Cert IV Mortgage Broking and/or Diploma holder.
• Current MFAA or FBAA membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage our premium database (and your own network) to generate and convert high-quality mortgage leads.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to tailor lending solutions for residential and/or commercial clients.
• Structure complex loan applications, negotiate with a wide panel of lenders, and secure competitive rates and terms.
• Actively nurture and manage client relationships to build lifelong clients and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure lending practices comply with NCCP regulations.
