Aim Precision Mortgage is seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing lending team in Sydney. You will proactively identify opportunities and guide clients through the full lending journey from strategy to settlement.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending, real estate or financial services.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence with clients.
• Energetic, proactive and self-motivated.
• Commercially minded with results-driven attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new mortgage and lending opportunities.
• Guide clients through the full lending journey from initial discussion to application and settlement.
• Assess client requirements and identify suitable lending solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with processes.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a professional experience.
• Follow up with clients, lenders and other parties throughout the application process.
• Continue developing lender, product and industry knowledge.
• Contribute to business development and growth of Aim Precision Mortgage.
