Job summary

Bid And Borrow Finance is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker for a full-time role in Sydney’s Inner West/South West area. You will write residential and commercial loans, backed by a premium database and full admin support, with uncapped commission and flexible working arrangements.

Bring 3–4 years of experience, Infynity/Finsure familiarity, and a Cert IV Mortgage Broking (Diploma also accepted); MFAA or FBAA membership is preferred for compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven mortgage industry experience.
• Experience with Infynity platform (Finsure).
• Current mortgage broking qualifications and MFAA or FBAA membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage premium database and your network to generate high-quality mortgage leads.
• Conduct financial needs analyses for residential and/or commercial clients.
• Structure loan applications, negotiate with lenders and secure competitive terms.
• Nurture client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NCCP regulations.
