Job summary

Foxleigh Mine in Queensland is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead mining operations, coach Supervisors, Operators and Contractors, and ensure delivery of the mine plan with safety and efficiency.

Reporting to Mining Superintendent, you will coordinate crews across shifts, manage resources, and uphold critical controls and statutory obligations while driving continuous improvement and safe, reliable production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in open-cut mining environments.
• Strong knowledge of mining legislation, risk management and controls.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams for safety and performance.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Supervisors, Operators and Contractors to safe, productive outcomes.
• Ensure activities comply with legislation, site standards and critical controls.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to deliver the mine plan.
• Provide senior operational leadership across shifts and manage issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and operational efficiency.
