ASX-listed gold producer in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Superintendent Mine Planning to join the West Perth head office. This role offers the chance to influence planning, standards and priorities across multiple operations from a central hub.
Reporting to the Principal Mining Engineer, you will lead the monthly and quarterly planning cycle, provide technical support to site teams, and drive studies, mine designs, optimisation and growth opportunities across the group.

About the role
Reporting to the Principal Mining Engineer, you'll play a central role in the group's mining engineering function. The role is based in West Perth, with periodic travel to the operations to keep planning, standards and priorities aligned across the group. This is a chance to step back from the day-to-day of a single site and operate at a level where your decisions directly shape company performance.

You're an underground mining engineer with a well-rounded background across production, planning and project roles. You might be a Senior Engineer or Planning Superintendent on site today, and you're ready to apply that experience at a higher level. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities across multiple sites, and communicate clearly with site teams and senior leadership.
