Job summary

Our Client, a Control systems and electrical engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join their team in Perth (Kewdale) with occasional travel to Pilbara.

You will work on a large key account in a senior, client-facing role across BHP mine, rail and port control systems.

This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of $160K-$180K plus super, with overtime paid or banked as TOIL and clear pathways for progression.

Qualifications

• 58+ years of control systems engineering experience.
• Strong mining/resources background.
• Demonstrated BHP Iron Ore experience essential.
• Experience across WAIO assets such as Newman, Jimblebar, South Flank, Mining Area C, Nelson Point or Finucane Island.
• Relevant Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Systems qualification.
• Current WA drivers licence and ability to obtain BHP site access.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large key account for control systems projects.
• Provide client-facing engineering expertise.
• Collaborate on BHP mine, rail and port control systems.

Skills

5-8+ years control systems experience

Mining/resources background

BHP Iron Ore experience

WA Driver's licence
