Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with professional registration.
• Minimum 10 years of mining industry experience in senior engineering, maintenance, asset management or project delivery.
• Strong capability in asset management, maintenance strategy, infrastructure evaluation and project execution.
• Experience in lenders' engineering or independent engineer roles is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Evaluation: deliver financial, commercial, and technical assessments across mining studies, lender advisory engagements and due diligence.
• Project Delivery: lead and contribute to advisory projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Client Engagement: build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across technical, operational and executive audiences.
• Reporting & Recommendations: prepare and present technical reports and recommendations supporting financing and project development.
• Business Development: support growth through client relations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Leadership & Mentoring: mentor consultants and promote technical excellence within the team.
